THE MADISON COUNTY BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS will hold their regular monthly meeting, “MONDAY”, MARCH 6TH, 2017 AT 7:00 P.M. in the CONFERENCE ROOM OF THE MADISON COUNTY ENGINEER’S OFFICE AT 825 U.S. RT. 42 NE LONDON, OHIO 43140.
The property owner or a representative “MUST BE PRESENT” OR NO ACTION WILL BE TAKEN ON THE CASE. AN ADDITIONAL FEE WILL BE REQUIRED TO RESCHEULE THE CASE.
 
1. 17-03 – Tyler Bonta, applicant, 300 N. Chillicothe Street, Plain City, Ohio 43064,  c/o Lisa Bonta, property owner, 300 N. Chillicothe Street, Plain City, Ohio 43064, requests permission for an C-2 conditional use permit to operate a gun sales store in the existing structure at 9525 St. Rt. 161 in Darby Township.  (Parcel: 762 - Aerial: 1 – VMS: 3245-5167 – Tax Pin #: 02-00294.004)
 
2.      17-04 – Betty Jo Stargel, property owner, 9780 Pringle-Benjamin Road, London, Ohio 43140 c/o Garry Scott, applicant, 8555 Kiousville-Georgesville Road, London, Ohio 43140, requests permission for an A-1 conditional use permit to split out one lot of approximately 4.94 acres from a mother parcel of 24.94 acres to construct a single-family residence on Pringle-Benjamin Road in Fairfield Township.  (Parcel: 278 – Aerial: 54 – VMS: 8423 – Tax Pin #: 07-00073.000)
